Mary D. Hall (INTJ), Executive Consultant, Owner
Ms. Hall is a certified Myers-Briggs Test Indicator (MBTI)® administrator and certified Instructor/Facilitator. Mary founded HyperSolutions Business Consulting in 2007, and in 2010, she established HyperSolutions Personal and Professional Development Services, Incorporated. Pulling from her vast personal and professional experiences, the focus of her company is to work with individuals and small groups offering executive coaching, leadership development, career planning, and personal consulting.
Ms. Hall has worked for the Federal Government for the past 28 years serving in a dual capacity. She started as an Active Duty Soldier in the U.S. Army, later to join the U.S. Army Reserves. She held numerous positions over her military career to include Training Non-Commissioned Officer, Leadership Instructor, and Director of Instruction for a Personnel Management Occupational Specialty School. Mary retired from the Army Reserves as a Sergeant Major in 2005 after 25 years of service to her country. She has also worked as a Career Civil Service employee supporting the Department of Defense and currently working for NASA at Kennedy Space Center. She is a Senior Project Manager supporting the ground development for NASA’s next generation spaceflight vehicles. While at NASA, Mary has held numerous positions including Systems Engineer, Human Factors Operations Engineer, Astronaut Crew Trainer, and Payload Test Engineer. She has developed several new initiatives while at NASA, such as Leadership Training for Engineers, Process Analysis & Improvement Team, and Strategic Organizational Development Program.
Ms. Hall received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 1994 with a focus on Gravitational Biology, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management/Management of Technology in 1999 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She also is a graduate of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy in 2002.
Ms. Hall has received several awards and recognitions over her career most notably two Meritorious Service Medals (1999 and 2001) while in the Army, the Space Flight Awareness Award (2004) and Strategic Leadership Award (2003) while at NASA, and has been inducted into the Cambridge Who’s Who Registry for Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs (2008).
Mary graduated from Leadership Brevard in 2005 and is currently a member of LEAD Brevard. She is a member of the Association for Psychological Type International and has been a member of the American Legion for 10 years. A new member of the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce. She recently joined DeVry Univeristy as an Adjunct Professor and teaches Project Management.

Meridith L. Hall (INTJ), Young Professional Consultant, Marketing Director
Miss Hall has a variety of work experience including sales, internet marketing, accounting and project management. Meridith has worked the past three years in project management for a NASA contractor at Kennedy Space Center. This position has involved an extensive amount of work with various teams, both within her company and with the customer and other support organizations. She also has experience with increasing work place motivation by serving on her company’s awards board, as well as planning and implementing major project events in collaboration with the Center Director’s staff. Most recently, Meridith has received her certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Prior to this, she worked for an accounting firm and specialized in business-related tax preparation and annual reporting.
Meridith recently graduated with a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership with Honors from Webster University. She completed her thesis on Knowledge Management (KM) and can provide a great deal of information on how a KM program can improve company productivity.
Miss Hall received her Bachelor of Arts degree in German and International Trade with a minor in Marketing in 2004 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. During her undergraduate studies, Meridith participated in two international learning experiences. In 2002, she was 1 of 50 international students selected for the Global Leadership Program in Prague, Czech Republic. Students from five continents were selected to participate in this leadership development program combining university coursework, cultural activities, and community service. In 2004, Meridith completed an international internship in Raubling (Munich), Germany and Vienna, Austria. During this internship, Meridith worked for a German electronics distribution company by providing support in their international marketing efforts. In addition to these experiences, Meridith was highly engaged in university activities, such as numerous elected and appointed positions within the Student Government Association, executive board positions in Kappa Delta Sorority and the UAH crew team.
Miss Hall is actively involved in local non-profit organizations. She is a member of Melbourne Alumnae Panhellenic and served as President in 2009 – 2010, as well as numerous other executive board positions in years prior. In addition, she is a member of the Brevard County Kappa Delta Alumnae Association. Meridith graduated from Leadership Brevard in 2009 and is currently a member of LEAD Brevard.
